Alcatel Mobile just announced that the dual-SIM Android smartphone called OneTouch Blaze Duo 890D is now price at Php4,399, down from its original price of Php5,999 last year. Thus becoming Alcatel's cheapest dual-SIM Android smartphone here in the Philippines.
