According to Notebook Italia, there are rumors that Asus was planning to launch a cheap 7-inch tablet called Asus Eee Memo Pad at the upcoming CES 2012, with a price of about $299. According to rumors, Asus Eee Memo Pad should feature a 7-inch capacitive screen (1280x800 pixels), 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdradron processor, 16GB to 64GB of flash memory, built-in 3G, WiFi, Android operating system and there is also a 3D version.

The Samsung App store has given away today two of the greatest games on Android for free. The first free game is EA's survival horror game Dead Space, that was recently released and sold on Android Market for $6.99 and the second one is Gameloft's war-based shooter Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, which is currently being sold at a discount for $0.99 at the Android Market.

If you own a Samsung Android smartphone, just go to the Samsung App store on your phoneto see if the games are available for free in your region.

FIFA 12 producer Matt Prior showed a hands-on demo of the game on the recently released PlayStation Vita at the Vita Hill Social Club in San Francisco. In the video, Matt Prior mentioned that FIFA 12 on PS Vita is the first title to use the FIFA engine in a handheld, he also show how easy the new controls will be, by either using the traditional controls or by using the front and back touchscreen to switch players, pass and shoot the ball.

Lenovo recently posted a promo video for their upcoming Ideapad S110 netbook that features Intel’s new Atom N2600 processor. Lenovo is now avoiding the word "netbook" by calling the new Ideapad S110 a “mini notebook”, although it really still a netbook based on its small size, 10-inch screen and Intel Atom processor.

In the video Lenovo revealed that Ideapad S110 comes with a 10.1-inch HD display, optional 2 megapixel 720p webcam, USB 3.0, instant on feature, 98% full-size chiclet keyboard, 16mm thickness, 1.15kg weight, Wi-Fi, optional 3G, long battery life and it will be available in four different colors. According to Pro Vantage, the Ideapad S110 comes with an Intel Atom N2600, 1GB RAM and 320GB storage for $321.62.
